How Quo Sona bills
- The bill has two parts: paid seats for everyone who needs the workspace, and the Sona credit tier. A receptionist-only buyer pays for the phone system as well.
- Credits belong to the workspace and expire at the end of the cycle; overage starts disabled, and at exhaustion Sona follows the call flow’s fallback.
- Sona’s transfer leaves the call immediately and cannot return if nobody answers; a texted scheduling link is not a checked calendar. Quo’s own pricing explainer and support guide disagree on one tier’s allowance, so confirm the allowance in Plan & Billing.
