A strong campaign starts with an audience you can call and a specific job to do. Write the outcome first, then the conversation.

See the Sales workflowAsk your own workers about a specific opening. Record yes, no or tentative so a coordinator can confirm the final assignment.
See the Workforce workflowAsk a consistent, short set of questions after a service interaction. Capture the answer and the issue that needs a person’s attention.
See the Engage workflowKnow where every contact came from and the basis on which you may call. Keep suppression, consent and opt-out information with the contact record.
Write concise questions. Define what to record, when to stop and which person or system receives an interested response.
Set the audience size, calling window, attempt pacing and spend controls. Start with a small reviewable group before increasing volume.
Review outcomes and evidence. Correct unclear questions or inaccurate business information before the next batch.
Attempts, conversations and useful outcomes answer different questions.
A high attempt count is not a sales result. Look at who answered, what they said, what your team did next and which requests still need a response. Export the records into your existing system when that is where the team works.
Engage, Workforce and Sales have separate subscriptions and usage pricing.
