Recruiting · pilot

A better first conversation
for your next hire.

Help candidates understand the role. Gather the details a recruiter needs to continue with care. We are preparing this workflow for production.

Pilot planning · recruiting outreach is not generally available. Your team keeps all hiring decisions.

Designed around the candidate

Explain. Listen. Hand over.

  1. Explain the opportunity

Work from approved information about the role, location, schedule and requirements.

  2. Capture the candidate’s answers

Use your configured questions about relevant experience, interest and availability. Keep skipped and uncertain answers visible.

  3. Prepare a recruiter conversation

Record the next step the candidate asks for. A preferred interview time becomes a booking only through a confirmed scheduling action.

Human judgment stays central

Useful context for the people making decisions.

Approved questions

A pilot should begin with questions your recruiting team has reviewed for the role and the jurisdictions involved.

Clear uncertainty

An unanswered question is not a rejection. The proposed experience preserves missing information for a recruiter to review.

A respectful next step

Define how a candidate can ask for a person, stop the conversation or decline further contact.

Bring a real role

Plan a pilot worth learning from.

Share the job description, intended audience, questions and recruiter handoff. Together we can confirm the scope and the records your process needs.

Before you decide

Plan the candidate experience with confidence.

What is an AI recruiting outreach agent?

An AI recruiting outreach agent calls candidates using approved job information and questions, captures their interest, and helps prepare the next conversation with a recruiter. Vocapable is preparing this dedicated workflow for production and can help scope a pilot.

What will candidates be asked?

The planned workflow uses the screening questions your company configures, such as availability, relevant experience, and preferred interview times. Skipped and unknown answers stay visible for recruiter review instead of being treated as negative answers.

Will the AI make hiring decisions?

Hiring decisions stay with people. The recruiting workflow is intended to capture and coordinate: explain approved facts, record responses, and arrange the next step your team offers.

Does recruiting connect directly to our ATS?

Native applicant-tracking connectors are outside the first rollout. We can review supported API, CSV, and webhook options with your team and confirm which records your integration needs before a pilot.

How are outbound phone and AI charges billed?

For Engage, Workforce and Sales with Vocapable-supplied phone service: Carrier usage is 1.5× actual attributable Twilio supplier cost, a 50% markup. Standard US local numbers are $3/month each; outbound plans do not include a number. The plan subscription, AI minutes and $0.005 per outbound attempt are separate. Confirmed incoming and outgoing call legs, Media Streams and supported recording/storage costs are combined for the complete call, multiplied by 1.5, then rounded up once to a whole cent. AI time is billed separately at the accepted outbound rate. These terms do not change accepted legacy supplier-cost-times-two agreements or the standalone Receptionist bundle. The supplied-phone outbound offer is published for planning. Public acquisition and outbound activation are not open; use your verified Twilio account for current outbound setup or contact us to confirm a qualified arrangement before paying. With your own Twilio account, you pay your carrier directly at its rates, with no Vocapable carrier markup. Vocapable bills your plan, AI usage and outbound attempts separately.
