Vocapable Managed Phone Service Offer
Version: managed-phone-service-2026-10-11-v1 Status: Published
This optional election applies to the company and supported managed business number selected by its authorized owner for Engage, Workforce or Sales service. Capstra Labs, LLC, doing business as Vocapable, supplies and manages the phone service through a company-bound Twilio subaccount. You do not need your own Twilio account for that number. Your ordinary paid subscription and AI usage remain separately chargeable under their accepted terms. This offer does not replace an accepted earlier managed-number contract or a standalone Receptionist Starter, Business or Scale bundle. Each accepted acquisition and call retains its exact offer and tariff; a new price requires a supported explicit acceptance.
Number rental and carrier usage
Each supported standard US local number is $3 per month, separately from the subscription. This offer includes no free number and no AI minute allowance. Standard service requires an authenticated account-specific monthly supplier base rate no greater than $1.50. Numbers outside that ceiling, toll-free and international numbers, premium routes and number porting need their own supported quote and acceptance. Subscription payment alone reserves no number.
Supported phone-service usage is charged at 1.5 times the actual authenticated Twilio supplier cost attributable to your service. This usage multiplier does not apply to the $3 number rental. The attributable cost includes the actual reported incoming or outgoing parent connection and each supported child or transfer connection, Media Streams, and any supported consented recording and temporary carrier storage. Each carrier leg remains separately measured by Twilio. The supported attributable components are combined for one finalized call, multiplied by 1.5 and rounded up once to a whole cent. We do not substitute estimated per-minute examples for actual reported supplier cost.
Account-level ancillary costs use a retained, conserved allocation policy based on authenticated company-account evidence. An allocated ancillary amount is not represented as a Twilio-issued invoice for that individual call. Unsupported components cannot be introduced by a saved setting. Supplier cost still awaiting attributable evidence remains under confirmation with its unused reservation held; missing evidence does not become zero. Supplier corrections require reconciliation within the original accepted funding ceiling and do not authorize an unlimited retrospective debit.
For illustration, supplier connections and streaming costing $0.0933 produce $0.13995 before cent rounding and a $0.14 carrier usage charge. Two positive AI minutes at a separately accepted $0.13/minute AI rate add $0.26. The usage total in this example is $0.40 before separate subscription, rental and applicable taxes, and before any separately accepted outbound attempt fee. The ordinary $0.005 platform fee per dialed outbound attempt remains applicable under its accepted plan, including carrier-accepted attempts that do not connect. This offer does not replace or waive that fee. Actual Twilio evidence and your accepted AI rate determine the real bill. Only authorized AI conversation creates AI minutes, including the existing 30-second minimum when positive AI usage occurs. Ringing, waiting, voicemail and human-only conversation do not create additional AI minutes when no AI stream runs. This offer adds no per-answered-call fee.
Your own BYO carrier account incurs no managed rental or managed carrier-usage charge from Vocapable. The carrier bills your account directly. Ownership is resolved from each actual number and account, including companies using both managed and BYO numbers. Normal platform subscription and AI usage still apply.
Supported service and funding
The number and calling route require verified company ownership, paid current subscription coverage, settled prepaid funding, exact offer acceptance, carrier verification and successful service qualification. A selected number, paid subscription or inbound readiness check is not proof of outbound readiness. Outgoing calls require their own supported, priced destination and qualified origination path, current contact permissions and all applicable calling policy. No calling path is activated by this document or by a browser success screen.
Before a new carrier operation, Vocapable reserves its supported worst-case customer charge and supplier exposure. AI funding is separate. Concurrent calls cannot spend the same funds. Each call keeps one finite original deadline and financial envelope; ringing, waiting, transfer, retries and runtime restarts cannot reset or expand it. Unknown provider outcomes are reconciled and are not redialed as though the original request never happened. Final usage is captured once and unused credit is released only after required evidence is complete. Prepaid carrier usage is not charged again by a subscription usage meter.
Only routes with reviewed supplier ceilings are eligible. International, Alaska or other unpriced destinations, conferences, browser/SIP carrier legs, SMS/MMS, emergency service and unqualified recording features are excluded until their own supported implementation, pricing, consent and qualification exist. This election grants no consent waiver or permission for unsupported campaigns. Never rely on this service for emergency calling. Payment reversals, insufficient funding, expiry or failed verification stop new commitments; already consumed supplier obligations remain accounted for.
Rental periods and cancellation
The first rental period starts at the funded carrier acquisition dispatch and ends at the same UTC anniversary next calendar month, clamped to the last day of a shorter month. This is a retail period rather than a claim that Twilio uses the same invoice period identifier. The $3 charge is reserved before acquisition and captured only after the exact acquired number is confirmed. Its authenticated supplier rate is checked before dispatch. A supplier rate above the accepted standard-number ceiling blocks purchase or renewal. Uncertain provider outcomes remain under confirmation and cannot create a second acquisition.
An authorized next rental period may be funded during the three days before renewal. Capture requires the period to have started and fresh authenticated evidence that the same number remains present at a supported supplier price. Insufficient credit or expired service authorization stops new commitments and can result in confirmed release at the period boundary. A committed funded renewal is not erased by a subsequent setting change.
Canceling an undispatched selection releases its unused funds. An acquired number release first stops new admissions and drains calls within their original limits, then requires fenced deletion and confirmed carrier absence. Clicking release does not prove carrier absence. Number release and subscription cancellation are separate operations. A released number may be unrecoverable; captured periods are not automatically prorated or refunded, subject to express existing refund rights. Unresolved supplier obligations remain reconciled.
Agreements and acceptance
For acquisitions explicitly accepted under this version, this is a managed production election under Platform Test Calls Addendum Section 3.1. It supplements the Production Services Order and replaces inconsistent BYO-only carrier-payment descriptions in that Order or MSA Section 6.1 only for these managed acquisitions. The MSA, AUP, DPA and Telecom Compliance Addendum remain applicable. It grants no right to use platform test assets for production or another company’s assets. Vocapable retains the exact text, version, hash, accepting owner, time and selected request. Existing accepted terms and tariff snapshots are preserved.
